The POD Department at Arbisoft obtains lists of graduating students from universities across the country and sends them an invitation to apply.

Register
Potential applicants are redirected from the email to SampleTest by Arbisoft where they can register for both the practice and hiring tests.

Practice
Once candidates have registered, they receive an email with the link to the practice test and their credentials. The practice test can be taken from time of registration till right before the hiring test.

Explore
After having familiarised themselves with the test environment, applicants can explore results of tests from previous years or rank themselves against the leaderboard.

The First Test
2 weeks before the hiring test, registered candidates receive a reminder email with the hiring test link and their credentials. This test is scheduled for a fixed date and time… don’t miss it!

The Second Test
Shortlisted candidates are invited to Arbisoft’s office for a coding exercise.

Interview
Successful candidates are moved along to the interviewing stage for a conversation with POD after which the hiring decision is made.
